Your Questions Answered

  • Run It Back is the All Sports Tournament.

Prize-money on the line and designed by and for former athletes and competitive adults who miss high-level play.

Teams compete across several sports in a fast-paced, round-robin format that culminates in knockout rounds.

  • We aren’t a rec league and it’s not a casual pickup day.

It’s built for people who still care about competing — with real stakes, real pressure, and real structure.

Multiple sports. Real officials. Prize money on the line. You show up to win.

  • 21+.

Able to compete safely at a high intensity.

No professional experience required — but competitive experience is strongly encouraged.

  • Run It Back isn’t about being a professional athlete. It’s about stepping back into competition — the nerves before the whistle, the focus, the adrenaline.

Some people will show up to dominate the field.
Some will show up to prove something to themselves.

Either way, the format is built so everyone can jump in — no elite training required. If you’re willing to try, you’re ready to play.

If you feel a little rusty, so will a lot of people.

    The whistle blows for everyone.

  • Teams are self-formed. If you’re flying solo or looking to fill spots on your team, Our Player Network is a great resource — Pre-Register for access.

Teams of 5 with up to 5 subs
    (max team of 10).

We advise reviewing the sports-line up for the event and recruiting, accordingly.
